Nature of Our Business
N Gram Technologies acts as a distributor of mutual fund products. We facilitate the purchase, redemption, and switch of mutual fund units on behalf of clients. We do not provide investment advice in the capacity of a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (IA).
As a distributor, we earn trail commission and/or upfront commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for the distribution of their schemes. The commission structure varies by AMC and scheme category.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
As a Mutual Fund Distributor, our remuneration is linked to commissions paid by AMCs. This creates a potential conflict of interest in that we may earn differing commission rates for recommending different schemes or fund houses. In compliance with AMFI guidelines, we disclose this arrangement to you:
- We earn trail commission from AMCs, which accrues as long as you remain invested in the scheme
- Commission rates vary by scheme category — equity funds typically carry higher trail commissions than debt or liquid funds
- Scheme recommendations, if any, are made in good faith based on client risk profile and goals, but you should seek independent advice if needed
- We do not receive any additional incentives (cash, gifts, or in-kind benefits) from AMCs beyond the permissible commission structure under AMFI guidelines
